คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครเข้าศึกษา:
คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้าศึกษา ต้องเป็นไปตามข้อบังคับมหาวิทยาลัยว่าด้วยการศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา พ.ศ. 2553 ข้อ 7 และ
ก) ต้องเป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาชั้นปริญญาตรีทางวิทยาศาสตร์สาขาฟิสิกส์ ฟิสิกส์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ฟิสิกส์ประยุกต์ หรือ การศึกษาด้านฟิสิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เทียบเท่า หรือ
ข) กรณีที่ผู้สมัครไม่อยู่ในเกณฑ์ข้อ ก) ให้อยู่ในดุลพินิจของผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตร
การคัดเลือกผู้เข้าศึกษา
(1) ผู้ที่เข้าศึกษาจะต้องผ่านการสอบข้อเขียนและการสอบสัมภาษณ์
(2) ผู้ที่เข้าศึกษาต้องมีและยื่นหลักฐานผลการทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษ TU-GET หรือ TOEFL หรือ IELTS โดยผลการสอบต้องไม่เกิน 2 ปี นับถึงวันสมัคร
(3) เงื่อนไขอื่นๆ ให้เป็นไปตามประกาศรับสมัครบุคคลเข้าศึกษาในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ และ/หรือคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี

จำนวนหน่วยกิตรวมตลอดหลักสูตรไม่น้อยกว่า 36 หน่วยกิต

Program description
