- ผู้สมัครต้องเป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 สายสามัญ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ ฟิสิกส์ เคมี ชีวะ ต้องเรียนรายวิชาพื้นฐานและรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม รวมกันไม่น้อยกว่า 22 หน่วยกิต กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ต้องเรียนรายวิชาพื้นฐานและรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม รวมกันไม่น้อยกว่า 12 หน่วยกิต
จำนวนหน่วยกิต:
- จำนวนหน่วยกิต รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 138 หน่วยกิต
- วิชาศึกษาทั่วไป 30 หน่วยกิต
- วิชาเฉพาะ ไม่น้อยกว่า 102 หน่วยกิต

In this program, students will learn about the biofuel and biochemical industries through integrative learning covering three subjects, namely biotechnology, chemistry, and foundations in engineering science.
Students will also receive opportunities for work experience in an actual place of business for 1 academic year in order to develop effective factory production process problem-solving skills in preparation for industrial work.
The New S-Curve includes the biofuel and biochemical industries of Thailand.
Program Description
Students will learn up to three sciences all at the same time! This is because BEB is a new strain program which seamlessly combines all three pure science and applied science subjects to give students insights into applications of chemical processes and biotechnology in the production of biofuels and chemicals as well as engineering perspectives to give understanding about large-scale industrial work. In the fourth year, students will gain actual work experience while using actual industrial equipment at leading businesses in the country for one full year through the faculty’s collaborations. Some of these businesses include Bangchak Corporate Public Company Limited, Betagrow Company Limited, Mitrphol Company Limited, Thai Oil Public Company Limited (Thaioil Group), SCG Company Limited, etc. The program also has a signed collaboration agreement with the KTIS group.
Internships or Cooperative Education
In the program, students will receive internships and cooperative education at leading organizations in the public and private sectors in the country or abroad that are part of the network of the Faculty of Science and Technology (internship will take place in the 4th year of the program).
Further Studies
Further studies are possible in the Master of Science program in chemistry or biotechnology at the Faculty of Science and Technology of Thammasat University or other leading academic institutions in the country or abroad. Graduates may also pursue further studies at the Faculty of Engineering Science.
Target Occupations After Graduation
Researcher in the petrochemical industry, researcher and developer, chemical analyst in renewable energy and the biochemical industries, etc.
